A LITTLE BIT ABOUT

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

 

As an experienced trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to our lives. How do I work

1st Assessment: we will have a chat about your goals, injuries, diet and exercise habits, I will do a quick test asking you to perform a few exercises for me to have an idea about what you are doing correct and what we will have to work on so you can train without getting injuries or recovering from old ones. This way I can start planing your tailored program to faster get where you deserve to be.

First few sessions: I am going to take you through a few specific training sessions to create a standard to guide me through your evolution. Challenging your body just enough so I can pick up on any wrong patterns on your movements which can hurt you in the future so I can change it before it happens.

 

Your tailored program: after analysing how your body responds to the movements executed I can finally make a program which will bring benefits to your life, reducing pain and injuries, losing or gaining weight, enhancing performance. Your goals will be my dream to come true.

Train with your friends: If you have friends with similar injuries or goals you can save some money by inviting them along. Training with up to 2 friends (3 people in total) adding only an extra 50% of the session price (i.e. if you do a 45min session costing $90, by adding $45 (90+45=$135)  which can bring the session to $45pp). 

Locations: 

   - Les Mills Newmarket in the mornings and early afternoon.

   - I.F.S. in CBD in the afternoons and early evenings.

   - At your home gym if you live in CBD close to Viaduct area in the afternoon and early evening.
